Select your subscription and complete your first payment. From there, payments are processed automatically each month on the same date. Once your WonderBox has been paid in full, it will be prepared and shipped to you.

Your next WonderBox Play Kit is shipped once it has been paid in full. For 0–12 month play kits, this is after two payments. From 13 months onwards, it is after three payments.

For 0–12 months, your subscription is R725 per month, with a new play kit delivered every two months. From 13 months onwards, the subscription is R484 per month, with a new play kit delivered every three months.

No. Once you’ve subscribed, everything runs automatically. Payments are processed each month, and your next WonderBox will be prepared and shipped when ready. You’ll be notified when it’s on its way.

Yes. You can purchase your first WonderBox as a once-off order, and then subscribe for the next stage when you’re ready.

Click the “Cancel my subscription” button below, which will open an email to us. Simply request cancellation, and we’ll confirm once it’s been processed. No further payments will be charged after cancellation.

Yes, however if you cancel before your next play kit has been fully paid, it will not be delivered. Payments already made toward it are non-refundable, but will be converted into store credit, valid for 2 years from the date of payment.

We’ll contact you when your baby is ready to move to the next stage. Your subscription will then shift from R725 per month (with a kit every two payments) to R484 per month (with a kit every three payments).

After selecting your subscription, you’ll be directed to PayFast to complete your first payment. Future payments are then processed automatically each month on the same date.

Discount codes are not applicable to subscriptions and are only valid for once-off purchases. However, all subscription orders include free shipping.
