Flat-rate shipping of R125 applies at checkout unless otherwise stated. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.
High-Risk Areas: Deliveries to what the courier defines as high-risk areas may incur additional courier charges. This classification and fee are determined entirely by the courier, it is outside of WonderBox’s control.
If your address falls within a high-risk area, we will notify you of the additional delivery cost before dispatching your order. You may choose to proceed by paying the difference or cancel your order for a full refund. Orders to high-risk areas will only be fulfilled once the additional fee has been settled.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate. Re-delivery due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.
Any delivery issues or damage must be reported with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.
