These terms govern your use of the WonderBox website and any purchases made through it.

1. Use of the Website
By accessing wonderbox.africa, you agree to these terms. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or engage in fraudulent activity.

2. Product Information
We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, colours and features may vary slightly due to supplier or screen variations.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in ZAR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full before order dispatch.

4. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order in the case of stock shortages or system errors.

5. Store Credit

Store credit is issued at the discretion of WonderBox and is linked to the customer account it was allocated to. Store credit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded.

Store credit must be used within 12 months from the date of allocation. Any unused balance remaining after this period will automatically expire and be forfeited.

Store credit can only be redeemed by the account holder while logged into their customer account and will be applied at checkout where eligible. Store credit cannot be used to cover shipping fees, taxes, or other charges unless otherwise stated.

WonderBox reserves the right to amend or withdraw store credit at any time in cases of misuse or error.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, designs, and product descriptions, belongs to WonderBox and may not be copied without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
WonderBox is not liable for indirect damages, delays in delivery due to third parties, or misuse of products once delivered.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by South African law.
