WonderBox Refer-and Earn Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the WonderBox Refer and Earn Programme (“Referral Programme”). By participating in the Referral Programme, you agree to these terms.

1. How the Referral Programme works

The WonderBox Referral Programme allows WonderBox customers to share their personal referral link with friends, family and other potential customers.

When a customer makes a qualifying purchase using a valid referral link:

• The customer making the purchase receives R100 in WonderBox store credit.
• The referring customer receives R100 in WonderBox store credit, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

All WonderBox customers are eligible to participate in the Referral Programme.

Each participating customer receives a unique referral link which may be shared with friends, family and other potential customers.

A customer may not use their own referral link to create a reward for themselves.

WonderBox reserves the right to reject or reverse rewards where we reasonably believe that a referral has been generated fraudulently, abusively or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Customer reward

The customer making a qualifying purchase through a valid referral link will receive R100 in WonderBox store credit.

There is no minimum spend requirement for using WonderBox store credit.

Store credit:

• Is valid for 180 days from the date it is issued.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred or sold.
• May only be used towards purchases on the WonderBox online store.

4. Referrer reward

The referring customer will receive R100 in WonderBox store credit for each successful qualifying referral.

The reward is subject to a 17-day holding period to allow sufficient time for the referred order to be delivered and for the applicable return period to pass.

The reward will only become payable where the qualifying order has been fulfilled and remains valid.

Once awarded, the R100 store credit is valid for 180 days.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

If a qualifying referred order is cancelled, refunded or partially refunded, the associated referral reward will be cancelled immediately.

If a referral reward has already been issued and the qualifying order is subsequently refunded or partially refunded, WonderBox reserves the right to reverse the corresponding store credit.

6. Referral limits and review

To protect the Referral Programme from misuse, a maximum of 5 referrals from a single referrer within any 7-day period may be automatically processed.

Any referrals exceeding this limit will be held for review and may require approval by WonderBox before a reward is issued.

WonderBox may request additional information or reject a referral where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or unusual activity.

7. Multiple referrals

Customers may make multiple successful referrals, provided each referral complies with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable referral limits.

There is no stated lifetime limit on the number of successful referrals a customer may make.

8. Personal referral links

Referral links are unique to the participating customer and should not be altered, sold or distributed through misleading or deceptive means.

Referral links may not be used for:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Paid advertising without prior written approval from WonderBox.
• Misleading promotions or claims about WonderBox.
• Any activity that could damage the WonderBox brand or customer experience.

9. Changes and termination

WonderBox reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Programme at any time.

Any rewards that have already been validly earned before termination will generally remain subject to these Terms & Conditions, unless the reward was obtained through fraudulent, abusive or otherwise prohibited activity.

WonderBox also reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

10. General

The Referral Programme is intended to reward genuine recommendations between customers and their friends and family.

WonderBox reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies for a reward where there is uncertainty, suspected abuse or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the WonderBox website Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and other applicable store policies.
